Beanie (Girl)

This weekend, after this last cold front, I realized something... Tayler doesn't have any beanies! Since I already had a lot of fleece on hand, I decided I would make her one. Well, that was easier said than done. I was reminded of something... sewing is not about needles and thread or  knowing how to use a sewing machine. Yes, you do need those things, but sewing is more about having a great imagination and a good mathematics foundation.
I was not able to find any good instructions online. They were all on how to crochet a beanie. So, I decided to make my own pattern. After several attempts, I finally got the measurements right! There are still a couple of things that I need to tweek but hey, it was my first one!

  1. Very well done. The beanie and our daughter look very cute. You do very good work incase no one has told you lately.

  2. very cute and good job...and Tayler ADORABLE!

  3. I am so impressed! that is so cool how you did that - designed the pattern and everything! You, go, girl!!
